Add a person
After saving, tap the person in the list to add their birthday, anniversary, or any other date — and to check them onto your holiday lists.
Your people
Sorted by whoever's date is next. Tap anyone to open their card.
Message drafts
Tap "Draft" next to any date to generate a message. Regenerate, edit, then send by text or email in one tap.
Holiday outreach
Add people to lists with the checkmarks on their card (People tab). Each holiday shows its list, a ready message, and one-tap sending — mass email uses BCC so nobody sees the list.
Put reminders on your phone
Builds one calendar file with every saved date (yearly repeating, alert 1 week before + 9 a.m. day-of, draft message in the notes) plus the holidays — Christmas alerts Dec 1 for card prep, Thanksgiving a week ahead, New Year on Dec 30.
iPhone: AirDrop or open the file on your phone → tap Add All.
Google Calendar: Settings → Import & Export → Import.
After adding people or dates, re-download and re-import (use a dedicated "Concierge" calendar so it's easy to clear and refresh).
Import your Google contacts
Go to contacts.google.com → Export → format Google CSV.
Click below and pick the file — names, emails, phones, and saved birthdays load automatically (no duplicates).
